The is an adorable Vintage and signed 1971 Limoges Giraud hand painted porcelain ewer pitcher with gold painted handle in excellent condition.

Limoges porcelain refers to high quality, fine porcelain produced in and around the city of Limoges in France.  Pieces marked "Giraud Limoges" are highly valued by collectors, especially they are in excellent condition and carry unique intricate designs.  The production of Limoges porcelain began in the late 18th century after the discovery of Kaolin (a key ingredient in porcelain) near Limoges.
